What this is
Ralph's Brain is a private email-based AI assistant built for a single organization's internal use. Authorized users send an email with a question, an attachment (image, PDF, or text file), or a request to a dedicated address (for example, ask@ralphsbrain.ai). The service processes the message through two independent AI models in parallel, synthesizes their responses, and replies directly within the same email thread — preserving full conversation history and threading in the user's normal inbox.
How it works
- An authorized sender emails a question or attachment to an address such as ask@, brief@, or memo@ralphsbrain.ai.
- The message is securely received, parsed, and validated against a strict sender allowlist.
- The request is processed in parallel by two AI models, and a synthesized reply is generated.
- The reply is sent back as a threaded email reply, preserving CC recipients and conversation history.
Who uses it
This is a private, internal tool used by a small, explicitly authorized group of individuals within one organization. It is not a public-facing service, mailing list, or marketing platform. No email is ever sent to any address that has not first sent a message in to the service — every outbound email is a direct, one-to-one reply to an inbound request.
